After our summer season ends, the Playhouse continues with performances and events from November through April. Listed below are the mainstays of the “off-season”.

Arnie’s Poetry Café: Named in loving memory of the late, great MV Poet Laureate emeritus Arnie Reisman, who hosted Vineyard poets at the Playhouse since 2014. Arnie’s Poetry Café is held monthly from November through April. Each month features a guest host with other poets.

Monday Night at the Movies: From November through March we present a diverse selection of classic movies Introduced by movie aficionado and co-curator Jamie Alley.

Show Biz Trivia: Writer and performer Jenny Allen hosts trivia nights on Zoom, with participants from all over the country. It’s fun, it’s free, and there are prizes for both high and low scorers. Actress Mona Hennessy co-hosts.

Wicked Good Musical Revue: Talented and enthusiastic musicians and singers perform a selection of Broadway songs.
