This one-hour class of gentle movement, stretching and breath work is drawn from the Chi Kung tradition of Tai Chi.  A mindful practice building strength, balance, vitality,  and relaxation. Tuesday mornings, 9am – 10 am.

Open to all. $15 per class / $10 for Playhouse members 
Please register just before class.
From November through March.
This class is held at Polly Hill Arboretum in the warmer months.
