Our Playhouse Poetry Cafe was founded by the late, great MV Poet Laureate emeritus Arnie Reisman.

Arnie hosted dozens of Vineyard poets at the Playhouse from 2014 – 2021.

Nowadays, from January until April, there are guest hosts each month who are joined by a lineup of other island poets.
