Fan Ogilvie (Guest Host)
Author of "Dust is the Only Secret"
In 2008 Fan published “YOU" selected poems and "KNOT: A LIFE” a memoir. In 2016 "EASINESSES FOUND" poems and paintings was published. It received special recognition from the Washington Independent Review of Poetry and Grace Cavieleri, creator of the Poet and the Poem series. In 2020 “The Berth” was published. (Details below) Fan taught English and poetry in Washington, DC, New Haven, CT, New York City, NY, and Martha's Vineyard, MA. She was selected to be the 2nd Poet Laureate of West Tisbury, MA She worked three years at the Dukes County House of Correction, where she published two volumes of poetry by the inmates. She is now facilitator of the Cleaveland House Poetry Workshop, the oldest continuous poetry group in the USA. Fan, also a painter, had a one person show at Featherstone Center for the Arts, and at The Free Library of West Tisbury, and the Chilmark Library. Fan and Arnie Reisman co edited a collection of Judith Neeld’s poetry 2019 . Judith’s work has been celebrated many times on the Vineyard. In 2020, Fan published “The Berth: American Themes in Poems and Images” It is a conversation between a contemporary poet and a passenger on the Mayflower 400 years ago answering the question: what has happened to the dreams and experiment in democracy between then and now in America.
Francesca Kelly

Artiste sans frontières, Francesca Kelly was born in Washington, D.C. of English/French parentage. She was brought up in the Middle East and Europe with a French education. Her first creative exploration was in Afghanistan and in her ongoing status in India as director / choreographer of equestrian theatre. She is a resident of Martha’s Vineyard, Rajasthan, and London. Poetry is her most immediate transcendence and celebration of life’s passions and challenges.
Christopher Legge
Debut - "A Whither In The Twile"
A grateful member of the Cleaveland House Poets, Chris has been writing his unique version of story poems for years on the island he loves. Chris visits his ocean daily and declares his love for her, always waiting for the gift of the next poem that is given.
Ellen Martin Story
Debut - "Corner Pocket"
Ellen Martin Story is a poet and otherwise creative type. She is a member of the Cleaveland House Poets and the VH Library Poetry Readers. Her work has been published in the MV Times, in the 2021 Cleaveland House Poets anthology, In the Company of Poets and at a 2021 Martha’s Vineyard Conservation exhibit at Featherstone Center for the Arts. She has participated in many poetry readings, zoom and live, including for Featherstone Center for the Arts, Pathways Arts, MV Museum, and MV Playhouse. Ellen is happily retired from a career in H.R. Administration and lives with her husband in Oak Bluffs.
