Michael West

Michael G West is a poet and fiction writer living on Martha's Vineyard. In addition to the Martha’s Vineyard Times Poet’s Corner and The Vineyard Gazette, he has published in Samizdat, Chrysanthemum, Tiny Moments and his most recent book, When Stuff Is Not Enough from Sepiessa Press. Claudia Taylor

Claudia Taylor is the Martha's Vineyard Poet Laureate for 2024-2026. As a student, Claudia was awarded locally, nationally, and internationally for her poetry, including in the UK-based Foyle Young Poets Award. She holds a BA from the University of York and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge.

Donald Nitchie

Donald Nitchie has had poems published in the Cape Cod Review, On The Seawall, Poet’s Corner, and From the Farther Shore: Discovering Cape Cod and the Islands Through Poetry. His poetry chapbook Driving Lessons was published in 2007. He leads in-class writing Poetry Drop-Ins through the local libraries. He will be co-leading, with Spencer Thurlow, a four-part series on haiku through the West Tisbury library, beginning April 9th.

Clark Myers

Clark Myers is active in the poetry community on Martha's Vineyard and has been published both locally and regionally. He lives with his wife and two children in Vineyard Haven. Clark is a member of the Cleaveland House Poets.
