Clark Myers
Clark Myers is active in the poetry community on Martha's Vineyard and has been published both locally and regionally, including in MV Writers (two volumes), Legacy of Light: Poems for the Gay Head Lighthouse, and the Martha's Vineyard Times Poetry Corner. His poem "Priester's Pond" was featured on WCAI's Poetry Sunday in 2019. He lives with his wife and two children in Vineyard Haven.
Maureen D. Hall
Maureen D. Hall is a writer/poet, and year-round resident of Martha’s Vineyard. She's worked at the West Tisbury Library for many years. She’s been writing since age eight, and her poems, articles, and essays have appeared in numerous publications. Her work has been nominated for a Pushcart.
Delilah Hammarlund
Delilah Hammarlund is currently a senior at Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School. She will be attending Wellesley College next year and looks forward to continuing her studies there. Delilah has always loved poetry, and is taking an independent study course on it next semester.
Donald Nitchie
Donald Nitchie has worked as a housepainter, fish market employee, landscaper, carpenter’s helper, newspaper production worker, and most recently editor. His poetry chapbook, Driving Lessons, was published by Pudding House in 2007. His poetry has been published by Cape Cod Review, Salamander, Martha’s Vineyard Arts & Ideas, The Further Shore: Exploring the Cape & Islands through Poetry, and local papers. For the past three years he has led Poetry Drop In, in-class writing sessions through local libraries. Check your calendar listing for upcoming sessions.
