Feiner Real Estate has created a great way to increase donations to Island non-profits. Their Client’s Choice program, launched in December, 2015, has resulted in over $17,000 in donations so far, including $2,500 to Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse.  As the program gains awareness and momentum, the giving will increase. Through the Client’s Choice program, Feiner Real Estate clients simply choose an Island non-profit they wish to support, and when they buy or sell a property through Feiner Real Estate, 10% of the profits from the transaction is donated by Feiner Real Estate to the client’s chosen organization, with no expense to the client.
