In a former bank on the lower east side of Manhattan, the middle-aged daughter of a notorious artist lives with the pain of her fractured past. When she receives an unexpected visit from an English curator, she is faced with an almost impossible dilemma. The decision she makes will either banish her ghosts, or force her to live with them for the rest of her life.
